2. Information we collect

When you call, text, email, or fill out a form to request service, we collect what you choose to send us — typically your name, phone number, photos of your vehicle, and details about the damage and your location. We use this information only to provide an estimate, schedule the repair, and communicate with you about it.

When you visit this website, our hosting provider and any analytics tools automatically collect standard log information: your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the referring website.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to estimate requests and schedule repairs, communicate with you by phone, text, or email including appointment confirmations and follow-up messages, maintain business records (including for tax, warranty, and insurance-claim purposes), measure the performance of advertising campaigns where applicable, and improve the website and our services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-party services

This website uses a small number of third-party services to operate. Each is named below, along with what it actually handles, because a policy that says "third parties" without naming them is not telling you anything.

**Vercel** hosts this website and serves every page. Like any host, it logs standard request data — IP address, browser, the pages requested, and timestamps — for performance and security.

**Google Workspace** provides our email. Anything you send to our published addresses, and our replies to it, is stored and processed by Google on our behalf.

**SendGrid**, a Twilio service, delivers franchise territory enquiries submitted through the form on our franchise page. If you submit that form, the name, phone number, email address, target market and capital range you entered are transmitted through SendGrid to our own mailbox. SendGrid is not used for customer repair enquiries.

**Google Analytics 4** measures how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which of our contact buttons are pressed. We record three specific actions — pressing a call link, pressing a text link, and submitting the franchise form — because otherwise we have no way of knowing whether the site is doing its job. What we send Google for those actions is the part of the page the button was in, and nothing else. We do not send your phone number, your email address, or the contents of any message you compose.

**Vercel Speed Insights** measures page loading performance from real visits. It is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.

Where advertising measurement is active, Google Ads / Google Tag may also be present. Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy, and each may log IP addresses and request data for performance, security, or measurement purposes.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

Google Analytics sets cookies to recognize returning visits and to group page views into a single session. Vercel Speed Insights sets none. Where advertising measurement is active, this site may use further cookies and similar technologies, primarily through Google's tools.

Doing either will not affect your ability to request a quote or use any part of this site — every contact method here works without cookies. 6. How long we keep information

We retain customer service records (including estimate photos, repair notes, and invoices) for as long as is necessary to maintain accurate business records, support warranty claims, and meet legal, tax, or insurance obligations — typically up to seven years. Automatically collected web analytics data is retained according to the applicable provider's default settings.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or opt out of certain uses.
